Country’s oldest stock exchange BSE listed at Rs 1089 per share on the National Stock Exchange, up 35 percent over its issue price of Rs 806.

The stock surged as much as 48.8 percent in early trade to hit highest level of Rs 1,200.

In pre-opening session, it settled 34.6 percent higher at Rs 1085 (the lowest level intraday) against issue price.

Share Market Tips- Nifty opens above 8400

The market has opened higher Wednesday amid global uncertainity. Share Market Tips– Sensex is up 71.48 points or 0.3 percent at 27307.14 and the Nifty is up 22.40 points or 0.3 percent at 8420.40. About 557 shares have advanced, 209 shares declined, and 154 shares are unchanged. 

Tata Motors, HDFc, Axis Bank, Cipla and Tata Steel are top gainers while Coal India, ICICI Bank, Bajaj Auto, Lupin and HUL are losers in the Sensex. 

The Indian rupee opened marginally higher at 67.93 per dollar on Wednesday versus previous close of 67.95 against the US dollar. 

Gold jumped more than 1 percent to its highest in nearly eight weeks following Trump’s comments on the greenback.

Share Market Tips- Sensex, Nifty open in Green

Sensex, Nifty open in green; SBI, ITC, TCS gain 1% 

The market has opened in green Tuesday. The Sensex is up 51.43 points or 0.2 percent at 27339.60 and the Nifty is up 16.10 points or 0.2 percent at 8428.90. Share Market Tips– About 689 shares have advanced, 192 shares declined, and 174 shares are unchanged. 

SBI, ITC, TCS, Tata Motors and ONGC are top gainers while Relaince, Hero MotoCorp, Tata Steel, Lupin and M&M are losers in the Sensex. 

The Indian rupee opened flat at 68.09 per dollar on Tuesday against previous close 68.10.

BSE sets IPO Price Band at Rs 805-806 per Share

Stock market operator BSE Ltd has set the indicative price band for its initial public offering (IPO) of shares at between Rs 805 and Rs 806 apiece, according to a marketing term sheet for the offering. 

Share Market Tips– The IPO, which will open for bidding on Jan. 23, will see some of BSE’s shareholders selling a total of 15.4 million shares, and will value the stock exchange at Rs 44 billion (USD 645.02 million) at the top end of the price range.

Stock Market has Opened on a Higher Note

Beginning of the third business day of the week on Wednesday, the domestic market was higher. Sensex gains 159 points in early trade, with crossed 27,000 level while the Nifty managed to surpass 8300 figures. Banking stocks continued to have good shopping. PSU Bank Nifty, Bank Nifty due to which 1.10 per cent and 1.22 per cent witnessed.

CIL index in early trading, Loopin, ICICI Bank, Bharti Airtel, Adani Ports, ONGC remains bullish, Tata Steel 3.30 per cent in the most seen.

Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, TCS, Dr Reddy’s, Infosys and HCL tail from 0.7 to 0.1 per cent in early trade has weakened.

Sensex open 101 points up, Nifty open 15 point up

Asian markets traded mixed on the first trading day of the week began a strong domestic market. Share Market Tips– The Sensex opened 101 points higher at 26 860 points and the Nifty opened 15 points higher at 8259.

BSE Midcap and Smallcap is trading in the green. BSE Midcap is 0.33 per cent each. Nifty Midcap is 0.29 per cent.

Sensex Open 105 Point Up

US markets closed higher and Asian markets traded mixed on Thursday was a good start to the domestic market. Share Market Tips– The Sensex opened 105 points higher at 26 738 points and the Nifty opened at 36 points above the 8226 level.

BSE Midcap and Smallcap is seeing strong buying. BSE Midcap remained 0.72 per cent 0.72 per cent, while the Nifty Midcap. BSE Smallcap rose by 0.75 per cent.

Indian ADRs ended higher on Wednesday. In the IT space, Infosys rose 2.65 percent at USD 15.13 and Wipro added 2.52 percent at USD 9.77. 

In the banking space, ICICI Bank fell 0.67 percent at USD 7.45 and HDFC Bank was up 0.02 percent at USD 59.19.

In the other sectors, Tata Motors rose 1.21 percent at USD 35.95 and Dr Reddy’s Laboratories gained 1.10 percent at USD 45.94.
